Services
- Black Panda Landscaping provides residential, commercial, and strata landscaping services in South Vancouver Island
- Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed prior to commencement of work
- We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion
Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change upon site assessment
- Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins
- Additional charges may apply for work outside the original scope
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept Interac e-Transfer, cash, and card payments
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
Liability
- We carry appropriate liability insurance for our operations
- We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions or damage caused by factors outside our control
- Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia
