Black Panda Landscaping provides residential and commercial landscaping, property maintenance, and related services across South Vancouver Island, British Columbia. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of your property and requirements.

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates only and are subject to change upon on-site assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Use the site to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Interac e-Transfer and credit card payments. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late payment fee.

For recurring service agreements, payment terms will be outlined in your service contract.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Black Panda Landscaping and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
